- Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately via email. To facilitate a swift resolution, we request photographic evidence of the issue. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion. In such cases, the return of the damaged physical item is generally not required.
